I have never made a cookie bouquet before and need a good sugar cookie recipe to use. I want them to be soft be not fall of the stick if that is possible. My other questionw would be how thick should I make my cookies? Thanks for your help!
I use the NFSC recipe here on CC, or recipe from cookiecrazie.blogspot.com I usually cut mine 3/8" or a little more (I have a Dobord, and use the seond setting)
The recipes Lcbed82 mentioned are really good. And for cookies on stick you should roll the dough at least 3/8 inch.
1/2 inch is good too, specially if it is your first time making cookie bouquet.
Thanks ladies...can i use a buttercream or should i stick with a RI?
