On a whim I bought some Bailey's Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer...but I'm drawing a blank as to what to do with it. Any ideas?
I think I've read somewhere of putting it in a buttercream icing instead of water or milk. That might work.
Yes I use different flavors of coffee creamer in my icings instead of milk or water. The only that I can say is make sure it's a good quality of creamer some are not very creamy, just trial and error, depending where you live. Happy Baking
