Bailey's Coffee Creamer

On a whim I bought some Bailey's Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer...but I'm drawing a blank as to what to do with it. Any ideas?

I think I've read somewhere of putting it in a buttercream icing instead of water or milk. That might work.

Yes I use different flavors of coffee creamer in my icings instead of milk or water. The only that I can say is make sure it's a good quality of creamer some are not very creamy, just trial and error, depending where you live. icon_biggrin.gif Happy Baking

Try the White Velvet cake recipe on here and use that instead of the White chocolate coffee creamer. This is my go-to cake recipe and everyone Ive ever served it to just raves about it. It was added by CakeMommyTX and it is just amazing.
