Does anyone have a dynamite Italian Cheesecake recipe they'd be willing to share? I have a friend who asked me if I could make him one. I personally don't care for Italian cheesecake, so I wouldn't know a good recipe from a bad one. So I'm laying myself at the mercy of my cc friends to help direct me to a tried and true recipe.

I was surprised I never got anyone to respond, so I came looking for my original post and found your response. Thank you so much. I'm going to go look at the recipes. I make NY Style Cheesecake, but not Italian, so I've got to trust anyone who knows about them.
