Hi all,

I am going to be doing a Gumpaste shoe and Shoe Box Cake for someone in February and I have seen many of the same concept and same approximate size in the galleries. For those of you who have previously done cakes like this, would you mind sharing how much you charged for them?
TIA! icon_smile.gif

And what are the cake sizes, b/c or fondant, special fillings or flavors...

How big and how detailed is the shoe...

Need more input. icon_smile.gif

If you've seen one in the photo galleries that is a close approximation to what you're doing, posting a link would help.

The shoe will be the size of the template attached above. Probably will add a small black bow with a gem to the toe. Cake will be a 9x13, 3 layers. Choclate cake for all layers, with chocolate buttercream, mmf to cover cake. I will make the shoe box closed, so I won't have the gum paste tissue paper or fake lid.

These links are examples of what I have in mind, as far as size and detail. Cake board will be plain and covered in decorator's foil tho.

THank you!
