I put my mat back in the fridge or freezer for about 10 minutes and then take the image off the mat and its been fine.

The fridge or freezer doesn't work for me, because of the region I live in (I think), it gets mushy. I use a really thin spatula and slide it underneath. The one that comes in the tool kit works really well for me. If it is an intricate scroll, I will put a piece of vinyl over the top and turn the mat upside down, then use the thin spatula to release it from the mat. Then I have my scroll on vinyl and it's easier to apply to the cake. HTH thumbs_up.gif
