Does anyone know of a tutorial or guide for making a white slat type beach chair? I have a 50th birthday cake to do and would like to make 2 of these for the top tier.

Thank you for any help you can provide. icon_smile.gif

Not exactly the adirondack style, but...

Here's a tutorial...scroll down: http://sugarteachers.blogspot.com/search?q=Beach+chair

Also, globalsugarart sells this: http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=21853&;name=3-D%20Deck%20Chair%20%20(Set%20of%203)%20by%20JEM

...and if you didn't want to make them, you can buy the actual chairs (and paint them) from here: http://moose-r-us.com/Item/cottagedecor/beachchairornie.html

Did you search the "templates & patterns" in the gallery? I know someone posted one there.

i just did a search of the galleries - template gallery for "chair" only and found this template for Adirondack chairs

Thank you FlourPots! Those are great links, certainly going to get me started in the right direction.

Leily, Yes I did a search but perhaps I wasn't using the right term.
Thanks for the link, it will come in handy. I appreciate it.

I used actual mini chairs and painted them to match my wedding color. I got them from eBay I think, doll furniture icon_smile.gif
