I bought mine at I Party. They came in a sleeve of 200 and the lids came 100 to a sleeve. So I would say if you have a party supply store in your area, they should have them.
ditto. Also GFS and Sams. Be warned, though, that at Sam's they come in a case of 2000. That will last me a year, but the price is right. You do have to buy the cups and lids separately.
