What can I be doing wrong my fondant keeps cracking on a wedding cake that I'm doing for tomorrow

It may be to dry. Are you using PS or cornstarch?

you could try microwaving it in very short intervals (10sec.)until it softens up and then kneading it....HTH

Are you rolling it out thick enough? If it's too thin it can tear

You can also try rubbing or kneading in a little shortening. If it's white you can make some BC or RI to camouflage the cracks.
