2 tier fondant cake (6" and 8") to feed between 24 and 36ppl.
2 4-6" hand made figures
and local delivery in Northern NJ
cost of ingredients for my recipes + labor for figure + labor to go to the store, make the cakes, and clean up + supply cost + profit.
A 6 and 8 serve 39 so i take my price per serving times the 39.
For delivery i dont' charge within a 5 mile radius, otherwise it's $1.50 Per mile both ways
