I found a recipe on the wilton website for marshmallow fondant, I was curious if anyone has sculpted with it. I made a batch of modeling chocolate nd I'm in the process of making a zebra topper for my niece's 1st birthday... However I've had some issues with getting colors right with the powdered food coloring. I read that the marshmallow fondant is softer than regular, I'd rather get advice than to find out the hard way! Thanks.

Have made and used mmf many times. Easy to make and it tastes good. There are some really good recipes on cc and probably discussions in the forums.

P.S. It can be softer, but I mix it with gp anyway.
