How do I store a cake in my car for a two hour ride to San Francisco? It's a three tiered baby shower cake. Help! icon_surprised.gif

You could assemble it onsite or use a center dowel if transporting stacked.

I had to transport a wedding cake three hours away. I didn't trust transporting them stacked, so I assembled onsite.

Use SPS, of course. That's what it was designed for!

If you cannot fit it on the floor of your car, make sure you use something on the seat to make it level or it's all downhill from there...literally!
