looking for a recipe for a dense white and choc cupcake, right now I use DH and have great reviews from it but I notice that my white cupcakes are almost to light and fluffy that the BC takes over. Is WASC a more dense recipe?
I made the Chocolate WASC as a cake and it seemed more dense to me. I've never tried any of the others yet though.
Okay I am having a similar problem that my cupcakes seem to dense. What is the respected norm for a cupcake. Do people like light and fluffy or dense? I make my cupcake from starch and they are really yummy. Just wondering before I give some to my neighbors.
