What would be best for a filler for a Chocolate Cream Cheese Pound cake? butter cream, ganache or a cream cheese filling? I am not sure what would taste better I have always just used butter cream icings trying to expand cakes and fillings. I am making a pillow cake for my friends birthday and she wants that cake. I am hoping it will work out. Thanks for helping.
