Hi,

What is the best food colouring paste to use to make hot pink buttercream? Most people say wilton rose but i have used this and can only get bright pink not a hot fuscia pink colour. Any ideas?

Does anyone use sugarflair colours? Do any of these make a nice hot pink colour? Ruby, Claret, Pink????

Although I do have some Wilton colors, most coloring is done with Americolor who does have a fuschia. You can always blend colors to get the results you are looking for.

Try the Electric Pink by Americolor. I used this for a zebra cake and hot pink accents, worked very well.
