I've found it at Publix and Walmart. I don't remember for sure, but I *think* I've also bought it at Sweetbay. I didn't think Walmart carried it for a while, but it turns out it's on the very top shelf (at least at my store). I'm short, so that was my excuse for overlooking it

I have never used it in my cake mixes. I use it in my buttercream icing. See Indydebi's crusting buttercream recipe on this site.
