I will be using a thin layer of buttercream, then raspberry perserves and then another thin layer of buttercream for my filling. It will be covered with fondant. I will be filling, and frosting on Wednesday evening, covering in fondant, Thursday evening. Wedding is Saturday Evening. Will it be okay for the cake to be out at room temperature?
When I use fruit perserve....I never refrigerate, and the cakes always turn out fine.
preserves don't have to be kept in the fridg.. you should be fine..
