How many layers do you think are in the Wiltons Castle Cake? I think it looks like 2x6 ans 2x10
I am making this soon so I hope I do it right

Depends on how large you want to make the cake. 
There are decorating instructions for 15 different Wilton castle cakes at the bottom of this page:
