Your best bet is to just call the health inspector. To get you started, it is easier to search this site through Google, rather than their search engine. Google: Ohio Cottage food cakecentral. You will still get a lot of pricing threads and non- perishable recipe requests, but those are good to read, also. I read a lot of them because I am just over the river and and I need to see what my neighbors are doing in their businesses so I can be competitive.
