My nephew is overseas in Afganistan and I was wondering if you are allowed to send them homemade cookies?

yes you can, when my brother in law was in iraq I sent him beked goods. I used the USPS Priority mail Flat rate APO/FPO box. It takes a while to get there so wrap them super good. I did them in a ziploc inside on a gladware container and he said they were still good when he got them.

Yeah, that would be my only fear. Would they still be fresh by the time they get there.
