Hi jajay, welcome! I'm in Australia. I actually haven't been on here for quite a while, but when I do, there is always something to learn and someone to answer your questions. It's a great forum! I too started making bithday cakes for my daughters' birthdays. Enjoy your journey there's so much to learn.

Happy baking and decorating icon_smile.gif

Welcome! You will get addicted to this site very soon. There is so much here for everyone. Check out the recipe section- if you are into cookies try the No Fail Sugar Cookies-(NFSC). This is a great recipe and holds the shape of the cookie cutter really well. My family loves this recipe. One of the most popular on here.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, there are so many talented people on here willing to help you out. Have fun checking out this site!
