OK! So I was asked to make a cake for last weekend.
It is WASC with homemade buttercream.
I covered it in MMF and then the person I was making it for called and said the party was postponed due to snow.
I wrapped the cake in saran wrap and a cake container and put it in the freezer.
She now wants the cake for this Sunday afternoon.
So my questions are:
Is this cake going to be OK? I know people talk about this cake being fine frozen and thawed, but what about when it has frosting and MMF on it?
Also, when should I take it out of the freezer so that it is ready for Sunday?
