how do i make the krispie heads every bodys going on about

It is the basic Rice Krispie Treat recipe found here:

but leave out the butter. You can mold it still slightly warm (but give it enough time to cool enough to not burn you) or after it has cooled. Just grab a handful and start mooshing it into the shape you need. If molding while still warm, put a bit of butter or shortening on your hands so that it will release easier.
