I recently had a lady ask me to do a Cake decorating demonstration for a group of about 20 Red Had Society ladies. I have never done a demo before and was wondering how much I should charge, and if anyone had any tips on what to do during the demo. I was thinking of having each of the ladies decorate their own pettit fours. Any advice would be great!
