Hi Dawn,

You said you used the Vanilla Carmel Coffeemate in icing yesterday. It sounds very good! What kind of cake did you put it on? I got some Amaretto to try as you said it was very good but haven't tried it yet. Do you use it in a cake from scratch or do you use it in a mix and if so, what flavor of mix.

YOu can use it in any mix. I have used my ammertto in white, yellow and chocolate. The were all yummy..

I used it with a white cake mix yesterday and added some to my buttercream icing. Very cool!
