Does anyone have any idea how many servings the debbie Brown pirate ship cake makes? I dont have the book but I read another members instructions. I need to feed 35 people and I am not taht experienced with carved cakes. Anyone have a suggestion of which cake pan to start out with that will leave me 35 servings after carving?? icon_confused.gif

Thanks!

Bump and......

I am thinking of starting with an 11x15 pan and baking 2 layers. This would feed 60 according to the wilton guide.

Than again I could cut an 11x15 length wise and stack them that way but then i get confused as to how many servings then? 30 right for a 4 inch cake?
