Hello all,
I got some Christmas money and I'd like to buy an air brush system for decorating cakes. I'd like to use it on fondant and to add color/shading to gumpaste flowers. What should I look for when buying one? Would one I find at a Hobby Lobby/Michael's be OK? Also, can anyone recommend any books or DVD's for learning how to use it? Of even any classes/workshops in the Central Illinois area? I'd appreciate any help!

Thanks!
Stacy

I just got a Master Airbrush G23-22 off of Amazon for $70 and it works great. I practiced on a cake board to get used to it and also get a coloring book and practice shading and staying between the lines. It came with a compressor that works great also!

Look for a compressor that has adjustable psi and a moisture trap. http://www.howtoairbrush.com/
