Hi! I have three fruit filling sleeves for tastings today. I'd like to store the leftovers in ziploc bags in my fridge. How long will they stay good? TIA!

months. I've used them up to 3 months later and no taste changes or consistency changes. I think i've seen others mention they've used them up to 6 months later.

how long are they good for if you've never opened the original sleeve?

about 2 months short of forever..... icon_biggrin.gif

seriously, this stuff lasts a LONG time. i still have some that's close to a year old and i'll have no qualms making it for a family cake in the near future.

http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/searchresults.aspx?Description=filling - type "filling" in the search field.

They are fillings designed specifically for cakes/desserts and have a LONG shelf life; requires no refrigeration so you don't have to worry about how long the cake sits out.

They can also be frozen.

i have two that have not been opened that have sat in my fridge for about 20 months....do you think that's pushing it (for use for my family).
i suspect they are ok, but my stomach is going "ewwwww.....food shouldn't last that long", lol.
