This thread terrifies me. I've always stored flour just in the bag it comes in. I thought I was being good by keeping the top paper clipped shut instead of just rolled over. Really, I am just sick now! I've never noticed bugs, but I've never felt the need to look that closely at the flour. I'm a little OCD when it comes to food. (My husband complains that I wash the dishes 3 times: once in hot soapy water, then into the dishwasher, then sometimes after taking out of the cupboard just in case.) You know I'm going to be checking my flour every single time now!
