Anyone use the WASC recipe for cupcakes?

I always use WASC for cupcakes. They turn out great and make a lot more than just a cake mix box.

For cupcakes I use the WASC alot. Occaionally will use a regular mix with an extra egg and add extract for flavor. That will work well also.

I've made cupcakes from scratch, but the WASC is by far tastier and a much nicer texture. Delicious. Why re-invent the wheel when you have something so good.

YAY!! Ok. Making cherry WASC cupcakes with chocolate chip cherry cream cheese frosting. YUMMY! I'll let you know how it turns out.

Turned out awesome!! I used 2 containers of low carb cherry yogurt and 1 cup mix of chopped maraschino cherries and tart cherries. Perfect! thumbs_up.gif I think the mix of sweet and tart cherries, really made it fun.
