I'm fairly new to cake baking and decorating but I love it and plan to pursue it in the future. My family and friends say that my cakes are amazing and that the decorations are good but I want to see how my cakes can hold up against other cakes. So if could someone please enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone know of anything in New Mexico? I'd try for the Colorado show next month, but spending all the time and money on entries makes me nervous when driving north in February is too unpredictable.
