OMG!! I figured it must be possible because you can buy them ready-made that way. So I Googled "lollipop recipe alcohol." Tons of marijuana sites popped up. Check this out:

Culinary Cannabis
Marijuana Alcohol Tincture Recipe
Weed lollipops

LOL - and that's just a few. They all had lollipop recipes.

I didn't find anything to help you. Of course, I found cocktails based on lollipop flavors. Good luck!!

I would think the alcohol would evaporate off at the high temp. You would be left with the flavor without the punch.

One tiny post I found (forget which site) did say the alcohol goes away (evaporates?) when adding it top the heated sugar. Those weren't the exact words - but that's what was implied.

I know I've seen these for sale at State liquor stores (ABC Stores - depending on where you live)where you have to be 21 to purchase anything.

I found this, it says add it in when candy is down to 150.

And there are lots of these being sold, i think i will try some with vodka! OH and I have some rum lol

We buy some candies from Germany that have alcohol in them, in liquid form. For those you'd have to do a two part piece though and fill it with the alcohol.

Another idea would be to do a truffle center that had alot of alcohol mixed in.
