I took a local Wilton gumpaste flower class, and while I enjoyed it, I don't feel I have anything to refer to. The book that came with the class has bad photos and doesn't follow the same steps that my instructor took anyway. So I'm looking for a DVD so that I can replay and review until it sticks -- apparently my brain is too old to retain everything on the first pass. icon_confused.gif

If you can recommend DVDs for making gumpaste flowers please let me know! Or if there are DVDs I should avoid, I'd love to hear that as well.

Thanks for any help!
Natalie

Nicholas Lodge, Edna De la Cruz, and Jennifer Dontz all have terrific DVDs. I would also recommend the old Nicholas Lodge book called A Potpourri of Flowers, which has great photos and instructions with illustrations for gumpaste flowers. Global Sugar Arts still carries the book. HTH
