We're snowed in here, and I don't have any sweetened condensed milk at home. Most substitute recipes I found use powdered milk/instant milk, which I don't have either!! Can anyone help? I want to bake with the kids so they stop climbing the walls!

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients and use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in recipes for pies, bars and desserts.

Glad it worked. I'm going to save it myself, because sometimes I lose track of it just when I need it the most.
