I need a dairy free vanilla cake recipe if anyone is willing to share. My friend's little girl who is turn one next month is allergic to all dairy.

It also needs to be nut and egg free. I thought egg was included in the dairy...my mistake.

You might want to get your friend a book called Vegan Cupcakes........spectacular dairy & egg free recipes. I've tried numerous recipes from the book and people don't realize they're eating a cupcake without eggs or dairy!
