How much powdered eggwhite is 4 grams? Would it be a teaspoon? I'm used to measuring out in grams normally, but I don't trust my scales to be accurate on such a small weight.

Thanks in advance! icon_smile.gif

When it comes to small gram measurements, I remember that the average raisin weighs one gram. I would say that 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons would be about right.
