does anyone know where to get the gumpaste cutters to make the top tier and the 3rd tier (heart) decorations. This cake is from the pink cake box.

You could use a scroll cutter to make each side of the heart seperately. Offhand I think Stephen Benison makes scroll cutters like that, but not sure if they'd have the right amount of curve in them to make hearts. It looks to me like the hearts on that cake were cut with a Cricut though.
