I have an order for a rubber duckie cake and I"ve seen quite a few nice ones on this website but i'm trying tofigure ot what the bubbles are made with because most are so perfectly round and realistic looking.
Can anyone help me?

i think the rubber duckie cakes have b/c or r/i bubbles.

I made pearls which is the same as making bubbles for this cake

I just used the end of of different piping tips - to get the sizes i wanted - rolled them into little balls - then placed them in a bowl with some Luster Dust and swirled them around.
That way you get the smooth round surface - plus that added sheen as tho bubbles/pearls.

Hope this helps you.
