i was looking up the recipe for SS b/c and it calls for coffee creamer can this be sub. with milk??

Does Sugarshakes specify the powder or liquid form of the creamer. I have seen recipes for both but most are the powder version. It is supposed to give a creamier taste i believe.... The powder is mixed with water or milk and you use more milk "if" you want to thin your buttercream. I am sure you can use milk but it will not give you the consistincy that the creamer would I assume
