Hi All,

I'm just excited and thought I'd share....

My niece's birthday is today, and my daughter's is next week, so my sister and I are throwing them a joint party tomorrow. I decided to do a whole dessert table (I usually do one big cake). This time, I'm doing brownies, lemon bars, cupcakes (there will be a decorate your own cupcake station for the kids), cake pops, and two small cakes - 6" x 6" high. And it's all gluten-free!

The party is princess themed, and I've made two gumpaste tiaras for the top of each small cake. I got crafty too and made a flag banner for the dessert table with their names in sparkly letters on special scrapbooking paper - I'm just really looking forward to seeing it all together!

The only thing I have yet to do tonight is cover the two cakes in fondant and do some quilting on one of them and fondant swags on the other. I'll post pics after the party!
