Two Problems With My 1 Year Old Canon Ip3600

1) Sometimes the icing sheets curl up at the first corner of the page (first fed in on the left hand side as you are looking at it as it's printing) and ruin a bit of the sheet. I find this most pronounced on the circle cut sheets. I am feeding the naked plastic end first and I can't swap it or the circles won't line up.

2) When I'm printing intense colors, I am ending up with lines of that color dragged down the page. i have run the rolled cleaning program several times and even opened the lid and buffed out everything I can see.

Hi Kory,
Go to our website, sign in and look under our support section. If you are getting lines, you may want to look at our setup instructions as you may have the wrong settings. For the paper, make sure that the bottem edge is cut straight and not angling out. This may be the cause and you can just trim it.
