Is there a way to make fondant soft again after it's been in the fridge wrapped in plastic in a covered plastic bowl. I took it out after a month and it's hard as a rock! Can I rescue this fondant? Thank you!

Thanks cupadeecakes! I have it on the counter now so it can get to room temp. I'm going to try that!
