I have been wanting to learn forever how to do Australian stringwork, and I finally found a tutorial. The blogger also has how to do bridgeless stringwork and Oriental stringwork!

I decided to use the techniques on my holiday cake for work. It was so much easier than I expected, but it was very time consuming. I thought I would share the experience since I feel there must be others who want to learn and experiment with stringwork. I've already posted pics just in case anyone wants to have a look.
