I am wondering as to how would you make pepeotti (spelling might not be correct)? Any insight will be greatly appreciated. I know you have to soak the fruit in some type of liquor. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I did a search and can't figure out what you're trying to make.
Some sort of fruit cake?

Can you give any more information?

The recipe I am trying to find is for Pita Piata. Sorry for the incorrect spelling.

Oh excellent! I looked it up, and recognized it.
Here's a recipe that looks similar to my grandmother's.
The first picture is the recipe, the second rolling diagrams.
