Can I Freeze Royal Icing Decorated Cookies?

I would like to make them ahead of time and freeze.. any suggestions or tips? Thanks so much..

you sure can! There are several threads about this topic, in case you want to do a search and read more about it. But it does work - you can freeze either before or after decorating with RI.

Yup, you sure can! I did that for my daughter's first birthday favors. I decorated them, let them dry completely. Then sealed them in cello bags and put them in a food saver bag. They were in the freezer for about three weeks. Just let the cookies defrost inside the container. You want the condensation to go on the bag, not the cookie. HTH! Good luck!
