Working on a cake for tomorrow and I need to know the Chinese symbols for "Happy 40th Birthday Grasshopper". Tried looking it up on the internet but toooooo many entries, too confusing as to which one is correct.

You need to know which dialec (sp?) of Chinese so you can Google it. Good Luck!

I would ask the client to find the symbols and send them to you so that you are guaranteed they are correct. I had a bride who wanted the double symbol of happiness on her cake, so I made her find it and send it to me so I could replicate it.
