How Do I Keep The Wasc Cake White?

I need my cake to be as white as it can be.

maybe add white food coloring to it???????????????? and of course use egg whites

haha - did not mean it had to be white as in white icing. Just wondered if the sour cream would change the color a bit.

No, the sour cream doesn't change the color. I use the WASC recipe all of the time and have never had a problem.
