I know I saw on here the other day where somebody said when they made thier Royal Icing, they added a little butter to it and it made it soften up enough to put on cookies. But of course, I can't find it.
Please help! I know I could make the rolled fondant, and I usually use buttercream. But would like to be able to stack them. When I use buttercream, I have to wait a couple days and then stack "gently"
Any help would be appreciated! We are starting our Christmas cookie baking tomorrow.
