Does anyone have a peanut butter icing recipe that works well for decorating that they are willing to share?
I made one last year that I could not pipe with at all. It tasted fine, but was not great for decorating.
Any recommendations are really appreciated.

i have tried several on this site and they are all good. click on forum, then member list , then macsmom. you will see a site to go to for lots of cakes and icings and frostings. hth I make swiss meringue buttercream and then add whatever amt. of peanut butter i need to that. It is really delicious. Italian meringue buttercream would taste the same. So under recipes on this site, type in frostings or fillings and you will see some of these good recipes. hth

I use IMBC with peanut butter and it's really good, but it might be a little soft for piping purposes. You could make it stiffer by heating the sugar a little hotter than usual or by not adding too much peanut butter to it.
