I purchased a 8x3 square pan.
I discovered after I got it home it was a 2 piece pan. I should have returned it but I didn't

I have used it 3 times, 2 of which batter oozed out in the oven. I really like the pan other than this problem.

Does anyone know how I can prevent this?

Line it with baking paper, no problem then!
