Has anyone here went to the art institue for baking and pastry? I am at a perfect time to do something, and i cant open a full business yet(financial reasons) Im trying to sell from home, but not having much luck at it, and i have been wanting to go to school to learn more, but the closest place is art institute and i have no idea about the school except for what their website says. TIA

I don't know for sure, but I would presume that if you called them they would more than likely let you come in for a tour and possibly sit in on a class. Thats what I did with the pastry program I am entering into this Spring. Its really fun, and gets you super excited.

There is an open house in january i am going to go to. I'll ask them about sitting in on a class. Thanks for your advice
